Thank you very much! Your lessons are interesting, clear, harmonious, accurate. I am glad to learn not only ing-words, but also new concepts such as "milking" and "milking parlor". Long ago, our family has been living in the village for about six years. There was a milking parlor. To be honest, it was a big barracks for cows. We bought milk there. It was really important for us, because the time was hard - the 90s.

Yes, you could say that. Or you could say it's a Brazilian baking technique. It depends on the food and the exact method.
