If you face such kind of vague questions, you have to narrow down the question with your example and answer it. Simply put Whatever generates the revenue for the product is the core functionality

Manual testing mattum padicha pathaathu considering the degree u have. Agile, jira and manual testing. Itha finish pannitu sollunga. Will tell u what to learn next. Don't waste money on training institutions.
