There are no separate tools for different phases of testing. If you have noticed in the video, only the time we do the different types of testing will differ. No different tools will be used.

Testing is a very broad term. Let's say if u r testing manually, the tools u require depends on the nature of the application. If u r testing any api u can use postman. If it's performance testing tools like jmeter or gatling will help. There may be times, u won't need any tool at all.
