You need to use the regular editor as I show in the video, but you could add Elementor designed content using the Elementor blocks plugin so it’s still possible

Hey for some reason I am not able to change the course above header picture. I went to customize, went to learn dash and course layout but it is not giving me an option to change the image header for the course section. That's the only problem I am having

Hello When I use the chat feature it seems to randomly choose one person to send the chat to… do you know how everyone can just chat the entire list of people signed up for the course?

It happens to a lot of ARM instances for new accounts (30-60 days old), you can terminate the instance then make a new one and it will be fine after that - is this maybe what happened to you?

@@IdeaSpot it's not with a vm instance but my tenancy is showing inactive while my cloud account is active due to which I'm unable to deploy any new vm also I can't upgrade to a paid account

But reading all of that thread there is still no clear answer or reason, very strange!

@@gundumama1817 it happened to me and I opened a ticket but it took months until they have reactivated my tenancy. that was the worst Support I have ever had. First you will deal with Level 1 for months, who don't understand anything about the issue. they will tell you your account is active and they will just forward your request to someone higher and wait .... and wait .... and then they will send you a one liner email saying we are waiting for an update. I have informed them multiple times that it is not about my cloud account, but the tenancy. They just did not get it! I was about to give up the whole oracle thing, but then i have asked them again and again to just call me so i can explain the issue. I finally got a call and my case has been forwarded to Level 2. after a week or so, L2 asked for screenshots showing the issue and was able to just reset my account. Good Luck
