Mr. Paul, I have had one of these for 6 months and I love it. It's far from perfect, but when you consider what it's capable of, it's truly amazing piece of technology.

You can now do Wsjt-x through the USB port.👍🇬🇧

This is a brilliant bit of design - it’s a game changer. It’s a pretty easy kit to build - Manuel has opened up ham radio to everyone - good reviewer.

A Radio Club colleague did some masterful tuning of the toroids, changed the MOSFETS on my Classic Band version, I now get 5w out on all bands with 13.8v in. A game changer.

Timestamp 9:34 - I got a chuckle out of the "we've got the questionable Chinese watt-meter hooked up..." comment 😆

Thank you. I bought one and now trying to figure out an antenna. Any suggestions?

NR looks more a squelch than a noise function. Looks fun to play with, though. ✌️

Also, when you were testing out the different functions of the (tr)uSDX, and there was that female voice on the line speaking... It sounded like the droid/bot voices from Star Wars when they were on the Hoth planet 🤣

Yep, that's because the BFO *Beat frequency oscillator* is a little bit off.

Is there a way to attenuate recieved power? I just participated in myfirst fox hunt and looking to get started with my own hardware this does look nice for hunting. KN4QKF

Yep, there is an attenuator setting in the menu.

Unless I missed it, I didn't notice any power transistor that might offer a five watt PEP output. ☮️ brother. p.s. The noise reduction sounds like squelch.

I thought the noise reduction sounded more like a noise blinker, you know it's biting out pieces of the signal. The transistors are in there. They are teeny tiny little surface mountain things. There's no way they could do 10 w
