I am a native english speaker, and I am reminded of the beauty of linguistics in these videos. And specifically how Latin is intimately connected to spanish, italian and a few other languages. That is the bridge in some ways.

Transparent. Synonym: Clear Spanish/Latin: Claritas (Clarity, Brightness) (Latin)Luminos: the lights Et cetera (and the rest) I hope this transparent comment can shed light upon the luminous beauty of language.

You fill a gap that is sorely needed. I’m a native English speaker, and the rundown was surprisingly helpful. Just a note: It might be good to mention that there are other synonyms for very- words, e.g., egregious for very bad.
