Believe it or not! The Portuguese are the only people I know of who can make TRIPE taste good. If ever you're in one of your family owned and operated restaurants and you see Dobrada Guisada on the menu, give it a try.

Love these videos! You're an awesome teacher. When you said "petiscos," the translation you were searching for is actually "tidbits," not "titbits." That may have just been a typo, but I thought I'd let you know just in case; you may get some strange looks if you say "titbits" :)

O pão da Alemanha é bom, mas o português é melhor. Este José é muito convencido. Eu tenho orgulho do meu país. Esteja a onde estiver nunca vou deixar de ser português. Eu tenho sangue português e isso ninguém no tira. Adoro os teus vídeos. Tu es uma setora 5 estrelas. Resident here for 3 years ... some things are hit and miss. I won't detail, but for example, the bread can be great - but most people eat the very bland white buns, that have about zero goodness in them. But cheap. Cheese is 'real' but can be quite acidic, or much of a muchness, compared to say British or French cheeses. Cakes and pastries are to die for :) But don't get me going on pig nose / pig ear soup. Pass.

Olá Aaron! Eu acho que não é difícil porque agora também há mais restaurantes vegetarianos. Mas mesmo num restaurante português encontrarás sempre sopa e saladas variadas. Bom fim de semana!

Compro produtos de soja na net ou no supermercado. Se queres continuar a ser vegano ou vegetariano tens que fazer pesquisas em livros e em internet. Há muitos produtos veganos que nem sequer sabíamos que eram veganos: pringles, oreo. Nem todas as bolachas e batatas fritas são veganas. Se levarem manteiga, ao não ser margarida, são vegetarianas. Se es vegetariano consumes produtos de animais, a excepção da carne e do peixe.
