Wow what a video. I’ve been trying to manage using plasticity on the go as I am learning it and it has been so frustrating until I saw this video. I had no Idea I could create custom keybinds like that. I figured that would be an option in the preferences portion of the program. I just followed your video and configured my number keys like you did and now that makes using plasticity on my laptop an actual option now. Liked the video and subbed. Thanks again!

Glad it was helpful! I personally don't use Plasticity on a laptop, and mine has a large keyboard with a numpad and gets around most peoples issues, but I had enough comments and questions about it so figured I would make the video. Glad you are up and running on the go! What did you end up doing for navigation presets? Does the trackpad style work for you or did you end up with the default one like I ended up with?

I use a Spacemouse and one feature I haven’t found (free test version ) is the ability to roll the part; they will rotate around the Z, roll forward and backwards, but if I need it to spin on the clock face from my camera view, it doesn’t, am I missing something or is it available in the Studio version?

I don't use a spacemouse in practice anymore, but i hooked one up and tested it. I think the roll based on camera view is something that is baked into the way in which you can orbit in other CAD programs. There is no "constrained orbit" that i know of like say in Solidworks. So when i use a 3d device it seems to roll about Z pretty easy as well as forward/back on an artificial horizontal axis (closest to X i would say). but no spinning in based on view. You can't really do that with the mouse either. I am on the studio version FYI so sounds like they are the same.
