That is not liquid propane gas. You are bubbling liquid gasoline to burn the vapors as fuel while using water as a flame arrestor to prevent it from traveling back up the tube. The only reason it would travel back up the tube is you have introduced oxygen into a closed environment. The same reason flames does not go up your gas line for a natural gas fireplace or kitchen stove. Yes It is a good idea because it allows you to burn gas-pump fuel in your barbecue grill or more preferably an outside ornamental fire pit, but I do recommend change out the plastic for either an actual tank, empty fire extinguisher, or the Goodwill store pressure cooker which are all some type of metal or an alloy unlike plastic bottles that breakdown and dissolve unless specifically designed to hold specific chemicals because the plastic bottles are all petroleum-based products.

Muy buena idea y lo felicito, pero... Observo varios detalles que bien podrían mejorar la idea. El tema es la presión del aire y la distancia que recorre hasta la combustión. Existe una relación entre el caudal y la sección de los caños de goma y el diametro interno del caño que transporta el combustible o el gas del mismo. Rapidamente la olla o sartén se pone negra porque no es completa la combustión... Espero que sirva mi humilde aporte. Un abrazo desde Argentina.

I doubt the yellow tank can take more than 1-2atm of pressure. Even proper car tyre is like 2atm pressure only. But then again, 1 atm pressure can provide 20L of air (size of the std Jerry can), so should be enough for a meal, or u ask your asst to pump it again. 😉

I have done this, the only problem that they don't tell you is that new gasoline does not vaporize completely, after some time you end up with liquid only, reason being, old gasoline was direct product of fractional distillation, now it contains ethanol and other products, there use to be 100mpg carburettors

What is LPG? Somehow i think the name tells you. Its the gas of varying grades of petrol. Continue bubbling air through the petrol and when the gas stops what do you have left? Its heavy crude with the other 'additives' So brother, nice start of a journey. Dont stop. But I hope you will read up on your safety with highly flammable substances including gases. You cold burn an entire neighbourhood with that keg of kaboom you 'playing with' fire will roast your nerves. Stay safe always brother.

Will it run on two water, & one petrol? Also, why not use electrolysis to split hydrogen & oxygen? What you have used in your setup, has simply made a carburettor, mixing the air from the yellow can, & once the air is blown through the petrol container, it releases petrol vapor which you have done twice, then through the water bottle which does nothing! As gas will pass through water without being affected. Look up electrolysis, to get two of the most powerful gases. Looks good though! 🤓🇬🇧

Water is H2O. 2xH is fire even inside car engine working with water instead of gasoline. The pumped Oxygen entertain fire made by H2. And so you can have fire for food using pumped air and water. I am not a specialist but we should try if that experiment is working.

Water seems to be the last stage, probably a safety feature since there are no one-way valves, if there was a backup of the flame in the hose, into the bottle, it would help curb an explosion or the other bottles with gasoline from catching fire too, maybe. Propane shouldn't have any smell. The smell in commercial propane is added as a precautionary measure, so people can become aware of leaks.
