Hi Alexa, I was trying to learn french language by myself, by translating whatever (any word or phrase) coming in my mind into french language using google translation 😅. Then I started searching about a video in KZbin to get the accurate pronunciations, cause as you know googls' pronunciations are like robots 😁. Then I found your magnificent channel. An interesting factoid: in the Indian local language Marathi, which is the official language of Bombay ( Mumbai), the fruit l'ananas has exactly the same name for the same fruit. We simply call it "ananas" meaning pineapple.

Greetings from India :) (Yea,you are famous) I have a doubt, In English we say " My favorite fruit is Apple" but in French its " mon fruit prefere est " ... So if I straight away translate it,it will read as " My fruit prefered/favorite is" .... I've seen some other sentences like those where the adjective comes after noun ..... Does that happen a lot ?? I mean if we get that wrong,the sentence will be grammatically wrong, right ??

Yes, in many Romance languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.), the adjective comes after the noun. Yes, this happens a lot and would be a grammar mistake if you put the adjective before a noun. For example, it’s not “une vert pomme” but “une pomme vert” (a green apple).
