Learn German Lesson 6 - Introducing Yourself | sich vorstellen​
Being able to introduce yourself in a new language is one of the very first milestones of a language learner. It sure gives you a sense of accomplishment in your language journey.
In Lesson 6 you will learn to introduce yourself using simple sentences and phrases. By the end of the video you will be able to introduce yourself by mentioning your name, your country, language, age, profession and hobbies. Don't forget to write down all the new words and phrases you learn in this video.
You can also watch the related videos to know about your country of origin, which language you speak and what profession you practice. At the end of this lesson do remember to write a text on yourself using all the information and vocabulary you have learned in this lesson.
It is highly recommended to listen and learn the German greetings as it is. In further videos we will be getting into the details of the German sentence structure. You can always pause and replay to hear something again.

what about that vowel in "hören"? Also, as someone whose first language is Spanish, the difference between "ch" in "ich" (personal pronoun "I") and in "acht" (eight) takes some effort.

I'm at 6th lesson. It is good so far. I'm struggle with pronunciation. I think we have to repeat a lot. Reccomendation: Don't try to learn all lessons(videos) in one day. If you speak german you will already know this but the word kindergarten in english comes from german. It means "Kids of the Garden" and the term comes from the 19th century from Friedrich Froebel
