39:41 Looks like a Falk coupling on that motor! Big pain to align a motor and pump with that coupling in the commercial world! We had to use either a laser aligner or dial indicators to get the alignment dead nuts! The tolerance was around +/- 0.001”! And the grease you have to put around the spring inside the coupling sticks to everything and doesn’t come off easily, beware.!
