I've been training iron fist for a year now. I first started training with a iron palm canvas bag full of sand I trained with that for 3 months then I put gravel into it which was extremely painful, and I did that for 6 months, and then I started punching solid objects, and eventually tested my iron palm capabilities on concrete drywall and eventually started breaking bricks.
