The biggest struggle I've had looking at machine learning is figuring out how to create and structure the datasets. Definitely true that the data-wrangling side is the majority. Would love to see a series on this :D You're definitely more fun to listen to than a lot of the people I've tried to watch on it.

Easy way to create data is to record yourself playing, just make a simple software to record inputs and somehow define outputs. For a Net I taught to be dynamic Interpreter that I made recently, I would generate random code based on a certain structure, and then check if it was valid. Then it would append it to an array ( I used JS btw. )

@@Ematuresco I used lifestyle very generally. But if I went into detail, it would be mainly for my work. I use Blender 3D which relies on Python for scripts/plugins. And Machine learning will be used for generating ideas using my own trained data (IDK how yet). Honestly I'm still a noob to coding, but there are a lot of oddly specific problems I have which I believe/hope could be fixed with learning Python, ML, Javascript and eventually C++ (for UnrealEngine).

I've collected Art references (portraits, landscapes, architecture, etc.) for over 10 years now. But it's too many to sort and it has duplicates. Mostly from Pinterest so the names/sizes are random. Problem is I need an AI model trained to recognise the Image contents itself, sort it into tagged category folders and delete low-res/duplicates. Is this possible with Python Machine learning alone? or do I need something else?

In my opinion from experience, the quickest way to train any model is to make a software to record all the data you get while playing a game, by recording your inputs as something JSON-like or an object, you can use that dataset teach a model easy.

Sorry, but this does not make one a 'machine learning engineer'. This term is being absolutely defiled. An ML engineer needs a Masters if not a PhD in some form of CS, math, or related engineering degree. They learn copious amounts of statistics, linear algebra, and calculus. We need to stop acting like importing PyTorch means you can apply to OpenAI as a researcher.
