I noticed that it came up that "sleeping, and then reitering after the week really makes a great difference" but that we don't know why, and I just wanted to add that we do know why. As someone who is studying psychology, I recently read this in my textbook Psychology 13th Edition, D. Meyers & C.N. DeWall. "Sleep helps restore and rebuild our fading memories of the day's experiences. Sleep consolidates our memories by replaying recent learning and strengthening neural connections (Paller & Oudiette, 2018). It reactivates recent experiences stored in the hippocampus and shifts them for permanent storage elsewhere in the cortex (Racsmany et al., 2010; Urbain et al., 2016) Adults, children, and infants trained to perform tasks therefore recall them better after a night's sleep, or even after a short nap, than after several hours awake (Friedrich et al., 2015; Horvath et al., 2017; Sandoval et al., 2017; Seehagen et al., 2015). One of the many reasons that a good night sleep is so important for neural function and development.

Recently on the flight i've gone on, the flight safety brief has been done in a music video format. it was certainly catchy and enjoyable to watch. I think they had some of the popular comedians involved in the video too.
