Great job Eva! Now that you've been in the driver's seat of the Excavator, watch your dad while he's using it. You'll have a better understanding of not only how to use it, but also more appreciation for how good your dad is "behind the wheel". Can't wait for the vid of you working with your dad when you kick him out of that seat and take over.🤣 It's nice to hear you're doing well at school too. We really had no doubt you would.

Eva, I have rented excavators 3 times! Once to replace a sewer line, once to clear some land and digging up tree stumps, and the last time was 2 weeks ago I rented one to dig up some trees and bushes, and replace a fence line. It has definitely got a learning curve. But as long as you respect the machine and go slow, get the basics down to memory, it will come to you probably very quickly. I had no experience with one before I rented it the first time. You Go Girl!

I operated heavy equipment and trucks for over fifty years. For the meager amount of instruction your father gave you, you did a GREAT job operating the excavator. Eva, you are a fantastic student of anything you take on. Your father was smart in teaching you to operate everything except the tracks and moving the machine. That method is, "learning to walk before you run". Very good Mike.

I’m a long time viewer of your parents channel, and have wished your dad would make a “how to operate an excavator” video…..But you did it and it was even better cuz you are not experienced and we get to see it all as if we climbed in. This was a great vid and I hope you do more like it! Good luck at school.

Hi Eva, As a dad I just want to tell you that your dad is a good operator and if you simply watch him, now that you've got a teeny amount of time running this, you can learn. Dad isn't preaching to you, he looking out for you. You're his little girl, regardless of age, and always will be. He'll do whatever it takes to keep you safe, but he also wants you to grow as a person. You did pretty good for your 1st time. Remember that confidence is a good thing UNTIL you become TOO confident and then you can get in trouble. Stay cautious and learn. Confidence will come. You'll have plenty of chances on this, should you want it. Good luck in school😊😊

Eva lovely video. I was surprised that you wanted to really operate the excavator before your mom. I can see you helping your dad with firewood. You can bring logs over and hold them up while he cuts them into blocks. You took your time and went slow. Great job young lady. I can never get enough of your gorgeous smile. Lots of respect and love from N.E.WASHINGTON STATE.

The best way to learn how to operate an excavator is doing exactly what you’re doing - moving and stacking wood. Smooth machine - I own one! Stellar machine. And you’re a stellar operator, young lady! Love it that your dad is helping you learn how to do these things. Great knowledge to have!

Daughter Eva great job! Don’t stop there, having taught my son how to work with tools and equipment was very rewarding! Have him teach you how to operate all his equipment, so you can have that knowledge and experience that my son had with me while growing up. This was fun, Eva! I bet you did enjoy operating the excavator. If you watch your dad's video of today, you can see how he stood the log rounds up to stack them. I'm sure you'll pick it up quickly. To get the 'feel' of any machine, it takes operating time. So when you get the urge to practice on the weekends, just kick dad out and take over whatever he was doing! Just remember to have your camera on! I can't help but wonder how you got home. Mom and dad dropped you off. Where's that pink, Jeep? Again, this was fun and smile inducing. Loved it! Thanks, Miss Eva! Have a day!❤️

Welcome home! That was great, you picked that up quick and did very well. It’s cool that you may have used my suggestion in your last video that you do something with the excavator. I like that you’re willing to learn or experience new things even if it’s not something you’d normally be interested in. Dropping that log on it’s edge was funny, and would be hard to duplicate. 9/3/23; ..1st time operating an excavator, you did Good! You know it's all about practice & I bet your dad has a bunch of practice activity for you to help him do several chores. Ok after this you gotta be ready for the skidd steer! Very glad to see your positive attitude toward practical power equipment...this stuff is waaay better than all that girly makeup, eye shadow & fru-fru purple hair some kids are focused on exhibiting...stay with equipment operations which will lead you to aspects of engineering... (mechanical, civil, petroleum, process etc) which will keep you 'well grounded' & have your own career. Stay safe, enjoy your command & control & carry on girl!💪🍺😊

After more practice you will get faster and operate the controls without thinking, think the force luke. If you get a chance look at how professional operators work the machine, you will learn a lot plus tricks to help you. Cheers.

Eva, the Fact that you understand the safety aspects is Great. As most of us, I believe, want to ensure you are always okay and not hurt in the process of making videos or doing projects. It is wonderful that you are attempting to learn to do work with sophisticated equipment, that one must be aware of the safety required in the operation of equipment of this size. Little steps, familiarity will come from repetition. The thing about your father I respect the most is his operating with safety and his surrounding being first priorities. His character in how he is and works is one of the reasons, I enjoy watching his content. You will do very well and will make your parents very proud. I am happy to be a subscriber to your channel, keep up the great work. Continue to challenge yourself and do not be afraid of making mistakes, life is a process.

Awesome job. You did great having never been operated an excavator. When i learned the instructor had me keep the bucket 1' off the ground and run the booms full extension and back keeping the the bucket flat and one foot above the ground. This force's you to do what is called triple function. In other words, this motion forces you to use 3 functions at the same time. Awesome job. Your dad is good on that machine, so you have a great teacher.

There’s a KZbin channel that has hundreds a Videos with his little girl probably about 10 shooting guns. Which is totally awesome she could probably I’ll shoot me however, not once in any other videos. Did she check her gun when she picked it up? I made comments on this and never got a reply. I must’ve hurt their feelings. That’s the first thing I tell my kids nephews when they came over to shoot. I asked them what’s the first thing you do when you pick up a gun. And usually I answer. Yes that’s right you make sure it’s unloaded.
