Practice everyday for at least 10 minutes. And every time you learn a move with your lead hand, switch hands and re learn it with your non dominant hand. Always watch in a mirror! Don’t forget there are elements of poi you can explore too (just be gentle)

Love that you decided to take this journey, welcome to the flow community 🙌💜 Vet tip: get silicone lube and a microfiber cloth to clean your whip. It helps to get your whip slick and it won't get stuck as much when you are body tracing!

i've heard that when you accidentally hit people it can, or when you're practicing you can poke yourself in the eye, but I haven't had any issues as of yet!

Try wrapping the fibers around your wrist instead of grabbing it every time , it makes it easier to do body lacing

Hi! I just got mine and I’m extremely confused about the color sets and everything the user guide says... I was wondering if you would make a video about how to use the color sets and switch through them etc bc the video that GloFX put up was no help to me at all. I’m getting so frustrated and just need some help😭 or maybe if you wanted to video chat on zoom and go over it all? I don’t know anyone that whips. So like.. that would be so helpful. Hey girl! I've cut back on my content and working on VWA so I don't think I'll be able to make something fast enough. I honestly have just played around with it and was patient with it to understand the different modes and what not. Maybe I'll be able to do something in the future, but just be patient and try clicking through modes but then holding the button down and clicking through again. That's what I've found to work best. Hey Ade, could you normalize the volume for your intro? Every time I watch I have to turn down the volume real fast because your intro song is so much louder than your regular talking audio.
