Thanks Gabo! I've set myself a goal of 6 months so by the end of June 2018 but it's a hard one to set as it could take a lot longer....I'll just keep going until it's done :)

Very good explanation!!! It’s true even if you have the strength it won’t come in a day you gotta fight 💪🏻 it’s like learning to walk again all the connections in your brain are being reorganised

Hey Tom are you going to Mikael's workshop? Lol I live so close to the venue so I might book now! I know it says open for beginners but seeing as you've been to his workshop before, would you say as a novice might feel a little out of place? Cheers Tom
@tigergreg87 жыл бұрын
The way Mikael speaks, I'd be willing to bet he would make you feel comfortable being a novice. People like him understand that everyone has a starting point, even Mikael at one time. Besides, don't worry about other people no matter what you do, as long as it's legal and moral, haha.
@BodyweightWarrior7 жыл бұрын
I won't be around for his workshop this time but I did attend one over a year ago. Whilst Mikael is very advanced his workshops are fine for novices but I would say having some form of handstand experience is useful. The times I've personally learnt a lot about my own practice is when I've attended these seminars or met with people in person :)

I was wondering if there was a stretching routine that would help me with my thighs. During dance practice there is this one stretch that I really cannot do. Its when you're sitting on the ground while my left leg is laying forward and I'm lying down on my right leg.

Hey man, i finally got first two pull ups aand ive had some dips for a couple of months, but leg raises ive move from tuck to straight leg but i can control or hold it my knees bend. Should i work glutes and hamstrings or is just abs?? Love your channel.

Awesome dude, congrats! It's probably a mixture of hip flexor / core strength and hamstring flexibility that is holding you back :)

Has anyone ever performed a one handstand pushup?
@omnistellar56475 жыл бұрын
No one's ever done it freestanding, no. There's some people who have done it against the wall, but even in those cases, they were slightly angled. Like not a fullll handstand. More like a really elevated one arm pike pushup. Which is still super impressive, but not quite the real thing.
