Our theme in the coming week is learning through suffering, and as we will see, even Jesus learned during suffering.
The author C.S. Lewis writes, “God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our conscience, but shouts in our pains: it is a megaphone to rouse a deaf world.”
This short poem captures some of the themes and biblical lessons we can use in our daily meditation and help us in our own responses to suffering and pain.
