You’re a natural, good presenter Scott. I know you’ve tried to emulate a little what Steve Bartlett has done, and it’s a decent job. One small piece of feedback would be that you don’t really need to interview as much. Using phrases like ‘talk to me about..’ after every sub topic makes the conversation seem a little more robotic than it really needs to be. You build good rapport with people as it is, so it doesn’t need to have those ‘interviewer’ type buzz-phrases. Just a thought fella; keep up the good work tho!

Get tests done for magnesium and dopamine deficiency. This can change your personality when you don’t realise it. Natural supplements can help. Take the warnings seriously about what psychiatric medicines can do with adverse effects. If you have genetics that can’t metabolise the tablets properly, this can change your thoughts. Some doctors don’t give informed consent or do the proper tests first.

It’s easy to live in the moment when you’re privileged, good looking, have a huge support network of friends and fans, a kid to live for, a devoted wife, tonnes of money and options/opportunities. I appreciate what he’s saying but these influencers/celebrities simply don’t have the struggles regular people do who are struggling to make ends meet with no support network who aren’t in a position of extreme privilege. Why not get a guest on who’s working 40+ hours a week struggling to make ends meet, or even someone homeless?
