Bro, i know what u r trying to do. Ur physique is definitely enough to do 3+ muscle ups. U r just doing a complete wrong technique

There are numerous useful manuals on KZbin that can take u there in 15 minutes, but still I'll say that u shouldn't be trying to rush it up with all Ur strength, it leads to the "chicken wing" thing.

When u r "waving" before the main move - Ur hands on the video aren't straight, u should keep them complete straight, imagine that u r a stick that's glued to the bar with Ur hands. And wave as a complete straight stick, literally. Don't wave too much it's not about it, u need just a little wave movement there, and try also to imagine that there's a "button" on the ground (literally like 40cm in front of the bar), which u tap with the tip of your toes. At this moment u r like a stretched string. And at this exact moment after taping the "button" u rush up by pulling up Ur knees and bending them to Ur stomach and making a pull-up to the stomach as well. Not to the chest or chin as u do on the video. U can't throw Ur body to the muscle up this was becuz Ur chest will literally stop u from that. And last thing, try making a curved (curly?) motion while u pull urself up.

The chicken wing muscle up is also great but u also do it wrong a little bit. But it doesn't matter rn, Ur physique is definitely enough for making few muscle ups in a row, I can see that 100%. Props from Russia, waiting for the clean muscle up edit tomorrow😅😅
