Күн бұрынFight with groin muscle group injuries. Got to ask myself do i really need this in my life..
Was on break for three weeks, icing, heating with gel compressions, doing some easy exercises, stretching, body weight. This is like third or fourth time that i have same cyclus.

@@fatdadskatesbad thanks! Need to get stronger, had bit fun with bearings and wheels adjustment. Hope will get better now. Also will try to improve with different leg positions.
