Isn't it ironic to experience burnout while doing projects we love? As creatives we are always scared of losing those creative energies that come to us. But usually what happens is that when we try to become overachiever, we experience burnouts instead:) I'm happy to see that I'm not alone. Thank you for sharing this so honestly.

All I can say right now is Thank you for being yourself! During these uncertain and difficult times with COVID-19 right now, and so many people without jobs, and all the pressure put onto humanity I think the world needs more people like you! Letting go of the current situation is the best advice someone can give..thank you for your honesty!

i've been through it a year ago as a nurse...i still work on it, with a therapist and books and videos about personnal developpment etc... a burn out is violent and strongly hard but also pretty constructive in fact, as if it reminds us how much fragile is the balanced!! i've decided to take this step like signal: the routine i've bult in my life to guarantee me a cool life is necessary, but also "dangerous"... i've got to keep my mind/soul aware constantly... our human nature makes us forget, sometimes, that paradoxes rule the world. the routine is important to get secure and peacefull on our lives, but we also have to keep flexible in front of all the things that the society imposes to us despite our efforts to be zen and happy...even if i care about my daily well beeing, i'm not omnipotent and nothing is really aquired for ever, the burn out reminds it to me... i hope you'll find the way to make it constructive for yourself... it's a hard work , people make it a commonplace by fear, but it is a real big step to cross!! i trust the power and beauty of what/who you are: you 'll learn so much and will be stronger to get happy!!!!!! i wish it to you from all my soul!!!!! (you are a really beautifull person, i've seen it along your videos and work, don't give up and don't pannic, it's important but it's not a end, it's a new start!!!) i hug you!! Mélanie

Thank you so much for sharing this. I feel the way you were feeling a lot, and it makes me so sad that others feel this too. But it also reminds me that we should stop beating ourselves up if we feel our lives are not quite what we thought they were 'supposed to be' and like you said, learn to let it go. You are very special! Thank you for the beautiful words x

Thank you for your wisdom, humility and humanity Ms Caro. You are an inspiration and I like the way you diverted from making it a blame game realising you had burnt out and that there was noone to blame just a lesson to be learnt. I cannot change the world or anyone/anything in it only myself and my attitude and perceptions. Peace sweet young lady..

Thank you so much for allowing us to see you vulnerable. It takes courage to do that. I have also been in a similar situation and had to stop the work I was doing. I am still figuring out what work I can do next that can accommodate this situation should it re-occur. It helps to know I'm not the only one. Bless you. I hope you can find your strength and rise again safely. x

i go through this. it is very frustrating to have loads of ideas and no energy. its like torture. my creative process is a bit strange and revolves around several different hobbies. i make music i make art i design and create soap and body products and i love video games. for me i have to alternate my passions. when i get burnt out on soap making (which is right now) i feel more energized for music or art so i do that for a while. Then sometimes i have to take a month or two and just vegge out on video games and take a break. when i take a break from any of my hobbies im 10x better at it when i come back to it. Additionally since you have been doing the yoga for a while you may want to consider it a possibility that you might be having the beginning effects of what is known as the kundalini effect, which can be very dangerous. you may not be but you could be so you might want to research that and evaluate that possible side effect. hope my experience helps
