Here in America, in my case in San Francisco, it is very difficult to find opponent for International Chess, and even more difficult to find over the board opponent for Chinese chess. Only Chinese older men play it in Chinatown and some cafe so not possible for interested people to try.:(

My issue with Chinese chess is that developing moves are not intuitive. Where do pieces want to be and how much more important is tempo compared to material?
