Why the dp and rccb's poles(line is taken from left in dp and in rccb it reaches on right side pole) are on the differnt sides?

The power line of IPS output goes to the light via the SP, but the neutral of the light goes back to the N bus.... So does that mean no neutral line is needed from the IPS output??
