Great videos, but wonder why you would use the classic "task" instead of a list, as a list it is automatically in "Microsoft Lists" in O365, which shows up in everyone's lists? Is there a reason?

One thing I tell people is excel online/wordonline does not support information document panel which means you cannot fill in metadata within the application

Return to the folder's Manage Access panel. Click the + button to the right of "Direct Access". In the name control type the Share Point name "(space) Visitors" (i.e. eRoom Evaluation Visitors). ... Select the access Edit/View. Click Grant Access.
