Hi, I just came across this vid because I was searching for new text animation/transition. Right now, I'm creating a presentation deck for our mini event to reward some employees from our company. To resolve the fade effect on your split text animation, easiest way is to just paste the text "LEARNING" to slide 1, reduce it to your preferred sized and then just set the transparency to 0. No need to separate the "Learning" from the black rectangle. For better transition, you can also group Learning and the black rectangle. Match & Move transition will give a zoom effect for the text "Learning". To perfect the transition, you can do it by adjusting the timing. Hope this helps.
