Thanks Seb. This was very helpful as I'm just starting out creating videos. I downloaded one that was 15 minutes long the other day from my laptop. It took a long time but worked and I've done a couple of others. Today I've tried to download one for 11 minutes and it wont let me do it as says the file is too big !! I pay a monthly subscription so not sure why it did it yesterday but not today? Do you have a video on this please. Thanks you , Zoe
