I was a Peloton owner but sold and bought a Nordic Track S22i and have not looked back. I use to bike (centuries, tours, etc..) and do Spin classes in studio to train aerobically. Now older and I moved to a Peloton which is a quality product, great bike, great screen, ... its great at everything it does. But I wanted more control of of my workout... I wanted digital control not an inconsistent turn of the knob. As Travis points out NT does things the others don't which leads me to ride the NT 3x the Peloton and get a much better work out, the workout I choose: The iFit S22i ride videos from around the world are fantastic and very engaging so I look forward to riding more; you can follow the instructor for incline and resistance or you can choose your own incline and resistance... I tend to not "follow the insructor" setting my incline at 1.5% and then digitally targeting the resistance to the Watt output I want (225 watts ex.) or to reach a Heart Rate I want... 140BPM for 3mins for example. So I get the workout I want: 5x 4min @ 135bpm with 3 mins rest in between for example. This is all very simple with the timers and digital controls on the S22i while the scenery and instructor keep you engaged. The resistance can be controled by the up/down button or the touch screen jumping down from 22 (hard) to 8(easy). The integrated fan and front tray is great as well. I have experienced software glitches but NT seems active with updates and help as was Peloton. I do also use the ranking system to see how I perform against my peers M/W/All, Age Groups, Community Groups for Ride Avg Watts, Calories Burned, .. You can also compare against your past similar rides to see how much you have improved. The key take away for me is I'm USING this machine daily and it's helping me meet my fitness goals, Peloton wasn't. The S22i is Great Today and I look foward, with digital updates, to great future added functions.

We went with a Peloton, and let me just say I had not ever taken a spin class, like EVER. Were we insane to get one based on that , perhaps but I LOVE IT! But I did a class in the showroom and I was HOOKED ! I absolutely love it and get excited everyday to do a ride! The trainers are amazing, and I love the super variety of classes. We got the Bike + and I love all the different options to work out. There is a reason Peloton has a cult following !

Even though I had no intentions of buying a Peloton, I came across this video and you changed my mind. Five weeks in and I absolutely LOVE my Peloton. There is no comparison in the quality of instructors, and the workout that I get on the Peloton vs the iFit library on Nordictrack. The bike seat is considerably more comfortable (IMO), and I love the clip in shoes. No regrets with the Peloton!

Nordictrack may be listening. They are offering a NEW s22i for 2022 with better saddle, hybrid clipless and cage pedals and better sound system. My s22i is still in the 30 day period and needed some software love to recognize HR monitor. It also is confused as to where level is on its incline system (when it says 0 degrees the bike is at -4 or -5 degrees). Customer support has been good, but they can only do so much with software issues. With such a high emphasis on software I would expect a better product and quality control so everything worked out of the box.

I just ordered the Peleton based on my experience with my Nordictrack rower and treadmill. I get buffering on my workouts, error messages saying that I have poor internet connection, yet my internet speed test says 95%. I have called Ifit and they told me that Comcast had ‘gates’ on their system that required opening in order to get full Wi-Fi. Comcast told me that my system was fine. That’s why I choose Peleton, plus they had a Mothers Day special where I pay $59 per month including all access membership for a year with the option to buy after 12 months!

I’ve had my Peloton bike for almost 4 years and 700 rides. The user interface keeps getting better. Lots of new instructors and ride options. All the new classes for strength, yoga and outdoor running have been a great add. Bike quality has been great - no issues at all. Only complaint was the Peloton HRM - I’d pass on it and het a Scosche. Pretty thorough eval but I say stick with the leader. Ride on.

Amazing video! I liked and subscribed :) I also appreciate that you didn’t start the video with “please like and subscribe”, but that you started your review and about 3min into the video is when you mentioned that the videos take a long time to make and that we could really help you by pushing like button. Anyways, the bikes. I heard Peloton recently (May 2021) got rid of their old scenic routes completely, and replaced them with bad/boring/choppy guided scenic routes with no leaderboard. The extra downside is that the new guided rides can only be accessed with the more expensive monthly membership and can only be used while on the bike or treadmill (can’t be accessed on the app). I feel like they handled this poorly but as someone who is trying to decide between Nordictrack and Peloton, it makes me kinda want to choose Peloton. The scenic routes on the Nordictrack is so appealing to me but Peloton seems like a better option overall, and if they are making the effort to update their scenic rides then it would push them ahead of Nordictrack IMO. Have you tried the Peloton’s new scenic rides? What do you think?
@Learnwithtravis3 жыл бұрын
Hello Mackenzie! Yeah, I don't think it's fair to tell people to like and subscribe before they have any idea if the content is good or not! 😀 So, you bring up good points about some people (Peloton Digital) being impacted and that is too bad. Makes me wonder where they are going with this. I have played with the new guided scenic rides and I like them. They are not as fluid as iFit and Peloton has some work to do make them end to end enjoyable, but it is a good start. Peloton being Peloton, I am sure if they want to, they can make those rides amazing. My concern is that since they launched the 3 new guided scenic rides, nothing else has came out. I want to see them build a large inventory of those rides and keep improving every video. As of right now, hard to say where they are going with this. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpzcm4OLaaeka7c

I’ve been using the peloton app with a lifefitness IC6 at my gym. I love that bike, but it’s like $2500+. I almost bought a used peloton from a friend, but I stumbled on some videos about the Echelon, and the EX-3 is now $599 and the EX-5 is $999. I know id need a phone or tablet for the 3, but I have several tablets, one with the 12” screen, and I wouldn’t have to worry about their tablet going bad, although that doesn’t seem to be an issue. I’ve also been looking at the Diamondback 1260, it seems very similar to the IC6. The important thing is I can physically try a peloton and the echelon in person, which I’m going to do this week. Thank you for the excellent review. It’s going to be tough to beat the price of the echelon, and I can pick it up in person, so no shipping. So many choices now days lol. Great review!

Excellent review Travis. I will second what you said about the fit of the Nordictrack s22i. We got ours a month ago and my wife and four kids love it. They range in height from 5’7” to 6’ tall. I am 6’3” tall with a little bit longer torso. Think torso length of someone who is 6’4” and legs of someone who is 6’2”. This bike does not fit me at all. When I raise up the seat height to were I need it, the seat is to far forward. I slid the seat as far back as it can go, which is not far, since it has only two inches of travel. I also moved the seat itself as far back as it could go on its rails and it is still two inches or so too close to the handlebars. If you are taller, like Travis mentioned, I would be cautious about getting one without somehow trying it out for fit first. The cycle is really heavy, 204 pounds, so if for whatever reason you can’t use it, returning it would take some effort. Other things worth noting. The family loves the outdoor rides more than the trainer led studio rides. If you have many people riding the same cycle as we do, raising and lowering the handlebars each time is a pain because of the weight of the big screen attached to the bars. Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning. The handlebars and screen wobble a little bit when you are riding. The plastic sleeve on the bike frame that the handlebar post slides into is bigger than it should be. We get side to side rocking and front to back rocking even with the knob tightened as far as it will go. With normal riding it isn’t too bothersome, but if you are out of the saddle and really going at it, it will probably bother you. If you have multiple people using the bike, like we do, remember to switch to your profile on iFit before you get started on a ride. The first couple of weeks we had people “donating” workouts to other family members weekly totals because they forgot to switch over to their own profile. We would all laugh when we heard somebody screaming from the basement that they had just put an hours ride on somebody else’s profile. As you mentioned, the customer service is not the best. When I called the customer service number to talk about my issues with the bike, they transferred me to technical support. After being on hold for quite awhile, 20ish minutes, the person i talked to was nice enough but shouldn’t have been taking tech calls. The person didn’t know what a saddle was and didn’t know how the seat(saddle) connected to the seat post on their own product. I am not trying to bash them on this point, I just think that the technical expert should know more about their cycle than I do. Keep up the good work

Purchased the NordicTrack S22i. Best purchase ever!!!! I did my homework and compared it to the Peleton. Although I think the Peleton is a good bike I feel the NordicTrack is better. I see that Peleton has gotten smart and added the 360 degree turn on the screen. That’s a plus. I love the incline/decline that the NordicTrack has. Not sure Peleton added that feature. I love that the NordicTrack does not have that tension knob that the other bikes have. The tension and uphill/downhill are automatic with each program. I am able to change that manually if necessary. Overall, very happy customer!!!

I never leave comments but I had to for the Nordictrack S22i Studio Cycle. On paper it was better than the Peloton, my wife had one but I liked the tilting/swiveling monitor and the live rides led by an instructor through cities, etc. I had to pay for shipping but got a military discount and had to assemble the bike myself. It was still cheaper than the Peloton with an extended warranty. Got the bike set up, hopped on it and the cranks made a squeaking noise. Also the monitor is mounted on a circular tube which gets inserted into the neck of the frame. I noticed if I stood up the monitor shakes, alot. I thought it needed to be tightened but it was the whole bike. I talked to support and they said that sometimes the cranks need to be broken in and can make a little noise. I didnt pay over 2000 for a bike that makes noise and a monitor that shakes. The bike is on a level floor and is very sturdy. When I talked to the sales rep they told me I had 30 days to try it and if I didnt like it I would have to pay the return shipping. I didnt like that but was fine. What my sales rep didnt tell me was the 10% restocking fee, so that the return would cost me $500 total. I never would have bought it knowing it would cost that much to return. My wife's Peloton was delivered and set up as part of the price and returns are free. If you get the Nordictrack S22i make sure you 100% love it. The classes on the Peloton are so much better as well, the outdoor rides are cool on the Nordictrack but they dont have music, just the instructor talking. I will never buy Nordictrack again, they got me once but not again. Their equipment is nice but the deceptive tactics are BS. I have the Peloton Bike + coming in a few weeks, having used my wife's I am very excited. Just beware and read the fine print so you dont get screwed like I did.

One advantage of the Nordic Track (from what I have seen on other reviews) is that the resistance is set automatically via the training ride. With the Peloton the rider has to change the resistance themselves using the knob. This (for me) is a huge benefit that should be mentioned in this kind of review. Otherwise very good video. I was not aware of the quality issues with the Nordic Track. It is a bit worrying as I want to buy the NT for my wife for her birthday. She would love the scenic routes.
@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
Thanks Dirk! You are right about that being a great feature. I think I mentioned it in the original review but not this comparison. I also did not give the swivel monitor enough credit as that is a great nice feature for variety. Travis, this is an outstanding video comparison that I really wish you had done 6 months ago before I made a bike purchase! LOL!!! I purchased an I22 from Nordic Track, and love it, but I really wanted a Peloton. I got the I22 mainly because of a $400 cost savings at the time. Either way, I find myself using the Peloton app for some of my workouts because I like them better; and using the IFIT Workouts for the ‘road’ workouts. Thus far I have not had a negative experience with customer service, and God willing, I never will! Once again, great comparisons!

Thank You Travis, great comparison. Although very detailed I missed one thing: The monthly fees. They are significant and differ a lot. Nordictrack charges 399 Euro per year for a family with first Year included in the price, Peloton charges 828 Euro as per their Website (69 Euro per month) for a family. I seems there are cheaper options available for one user, but in any case this costs should be determined upfront and be part of the buying decision.

Solid review. I went with the nordictrack S22i. I think it’s a fabulous bike, I have had no issues and I love the scenic rides. But if you want studio spin classes I think Peloton is probably better. If not Nordictrack is better. I personally have had no quality issues and my software isn’t an issue, but I have heard some complaints. As long as I continue to have no issues, I will have no regrets. But I think they really need to work on support (based on comments I have heard on the Facebook pages) and it’s a valid point. LearnWithTravis my guess (based on the Facebook boards I am on dedicated to the nordictrack bike) is that the vast majority of people have a great experience but those who don’t have a REALLY bad experience. That minority is vocal. I think other brands also have QC issues-I have heard many, especially with the Peloton tread for example-but my sense is that customer service with Nordictrack is not good when there is a significant issue. I have heard that it’s better to reach out to them on Facebook messenger vs call them.
@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
You could be on to something and that might be why people are more vocal. If you have an issue with a Peloton they generally fix it without too much fuss so you have a relatively satisfied customer. If a NordicTrack person with a problematic bike has to go through hell to get it fixed, they are going to be more vocal because of how they felt they were treated. (Which to me shows that NordicTrack has some work to do because that is not right) Great point!

Thank you so much for these eviews and comparisons. It was super helpful to us as we were deciding. We chose the Echelon 5S and are waiting for our ship date, hoping to have it by the end of the month, which will be a solid 5 weeks. We chose it because Peloton just isn’t in the budget, we aren’t invested in that platform either. The Echelon community seems pretty supportive and active (at least on Facebook) and between the two year app discount and the military pricing it was WAY less expensive than Peloton but more robust than other choices. We didn’t really want the incline/decline feature in the Nordictrack version and were nervous about the quality issues we’ve seen. So, fingers-crossed that we get the bike “built on a Wednesday” and our shipper doesn’t drop it on the way to our house.

You nailed it. Own the NotdicTrac. Love the features (outdoor rides and incline specifically) and it would be tough to give them up now BUT the bike was out of service for 6 of the first 14 months we owned the bike. No way after watching will I buy a NordicTrack because of the awful customer services remarks I have read. Thanks much, excellent video. My biggest fear with Peloton is the BIKE SEAT. I tried in store and it was unbare-able. I will have to buy a different seat immediately.
@Learnwithtravis3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! A lot of people have a 1 to 2 week adjustment period to the seats and then are good to go. That being said, that adjustment period can be rough. The Komfy seat cushion is nice but I also believe replacing the seat is pretty straight forward. Hope you love whatever you decide to go with!

@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
Did they say why they cancelled? Was it maybe because of the release of the new bike?
@mjsolomon4 жыл бұрын
@@Learnwithtravis No. I called yesterday and I got the automated XPO delivery response and everything was okay... due to be delivered today. Got all the messages from Peloton acting like I was actually going to get the bike after 2 months. Then this morning I called XPO again and I was connected to a live person and they said they didn't have the bike. It hadn't been delivered to them. The same thing happened to a social media acquaintance of mine so I was half expecting it. I just was hoping since I was already at the 8 month mark, they'd do things right by me. But alas.
@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that happens with XPO and is unfortunate. The good news is your order was not cancelled but delivery. I would call Peloton because that probably means you are real close. But I do understand the frustration.

Travis - just wanted to say thanks for all the help on picking a bike. I just starting riding at CycleBar in January and really was enjoying it - the COVID happened and it all came to a halt. I was hoping to get back to the gym but in Florida even after they reopened it wasn't the best option. I have never been a gym equipment at home person as I always think they turn into things to hang things on but when I knew I couldn't go back - I had to find another option. I came across your videos about 6 weeks ago and really appreciate the great breakdowns that you gave for all these bikes. I was lucky enough to find an Echelon Sport in stock at WM so I just bought it. But after a few classes with from the breakdowns you had, I realized the Peloton was what I really wanted. So I decided to order one and was lucky as it only took a few weeks to be delivered. One week of rides later and I have to agree with what you say - it comes with a cost but there is a difference - Echelon classes were good - but Peloton were a good step higher. I also really like the resistance breakdown from 0-100 opposed to 0-32 - I understand it just a different ratio but being able to add a couple as you do your ride is great. The quality of the bike is a great too - you get what you pay for and was a huge step up from Echelon's entry level bike (which I would expect it to be) So thanks for the breakdown and all the other videos on accessories and tips. It is appreciated!! Doug

Great review! Thanks so much. I have been doing extensive research on the Peloton and the Echelon. I think, when people are in the fence, they go with the Peloton solely due to the status factor. You know, buying stuff you're not sure you want with money you don't quite have, to impress people you really don't like. That said, it is a solid bike. From what I can see though, and this may be due to Civid, pre-assembly has been shoddy in many cases and their customer service is so overwhelmed it borders on crappy right now. That could also be said of most of these companies. Covid has really stretched a lot of companies thin. In regards to Peloton though, I think they are having to pump our more bikes than they are are capable of. Especially when pumping out the original version as fast as possible before the Bike + came out. Lot of people were pissed that their 30 day trial expired over a month before they even received their bike and I'm sure peloton was not ignorant to this fact. I would be interested in some recent reviews on each companies Customer Service Departments and how they compare.
@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
I think you are right. All home gym equipment companies are being pushed to their limits right now. This shows in different ways but complaints about delivery, order delays, and customer support problems seem to have increased as a result. I don't have a way to create a good video on this because I don't have enough time in with each customer support. Wish I could though!

I bought the S22I Nordictrack for my wife for Christmas. After we set it up it did not work at all. My son actually got a little shock when he first plugged it in. The company said they would send us parts so we could fix it ourselves. It is the middle of February and we are still waiting for some parts and the customer service people say they are on backorder and coming from China. Very frustrating!

That is very frustrating and sorry to hear that is happening. It seems to be a much more common comment related to NordicTrack than any other bike maker. Hope it gets resolved soon.

One thing to mention is that Peloton is having major delivery issues right now. I am on a FB group with people having to wait months to get their bikes. Many people end up cancelling because they keep getting rescheduled for later and later. I've literally never heard one person they were disappointed once they got the bike, BUT if you can never get the bike then you can't really compare to the others. I'm so torn between NT and Echelon but am leaning toward NT just because they have been in business longer and I am really interested in the scenic rides.
@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the waits out there are pretty crazy. Another option you may want to consider is Stryde. It is a nice bike but you can put both iFit and Peloton on it to get the best of both.

Really appreciate your honest reviews! Based on the above video (among other factors) decided to go with Peloton. Not sure if you have been following Peloton lately, but the customer service has been terrible. Repeated cancelled deliveries, no follow up from Peloton. Overpromising and under-delivering. While it's great that they're making some big acquisitions, sadly they are dropping the ball with actual customers, delivery and support.
@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yeah.... but to be honest, I am seeing that from a majority of home fitness companies. What I have noticed is that COVID-19 caused a ton of people to purchase home gym equipment. It has also made it hard to manufacture the equipment, deliver it, and staff a support center because of employee shortages and special handling due to COVID procedures. You pair this with a sudden and dramatic increase in sales and you have a recipe for disaster. They just can't keep up. Not defending Peloton at all, but I am seeing negative experiences increase across the board. Regardless, hope you get yours quickly, without issue, and love it!

I am loving my S22i. The outside scenic rides are the best and it feels very realistic and you will sweat a lot. I have only done 1 studio ride and it was okay. If studio is your thing get the Peloton. If you want a realistic road or mountain ride get a S22i. One thing I recommend is unplug the bike after you use it. I just don't want to take the risk of an electrical power shortage messing it up.

@irenafacelli28824 жыл бұрын
@R2D3 vadar Believe it or not, that S22i does work for many people without problems. But competition only makes all the bikes better in the long run as those that stay in the market will keep improving their build and technology in order to stay competitive. Lets hope Spinning gets a good shot as well. I just cancelled a MYX bike order as they had no reliable distribution set up nationwide as a start up company and couldn't get a bike more than 15 weeks after I ordered one.
@irenafacelli28824 жыл бұрын
@R2D3 vadar The iFit with NordicTrack bikes was the big selling point for me. Nothing else comes close. iFit comes only with bikes from NordicTrack, ProForm, and Freemotion - all at different price points, R2D3. So I'm still happy with my decision here. And I get to use it FREE for a year. But happy for you and your 11 Spinning bike options that cost anywhere from $500 to $2895. Wayyyy too many bike options. Pedal Spacing Width?? I just test rode the Nordic&Echelon at Dicks and noticed the Echelon pedals are spaced more than an inch wider than the Nortic. Bike fit is a huge deal for long term success in biking to preserve the health of your hips&knees. For this reason a typical bike fit adjusts in small 5mm increments. What are your thoughts on this? Could you please measure the spacing on all three bikes and post here?
@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
It is called Q-factor and most bikes post this information. I would look up each bike and grab it from their spec sheet as that is going to be much more accurate then me trying to eyeball it with a tape measure.

So I bought the NordicTrack s22i and put 380 miles on in the first 30 days, loved every second of it! Then incline stopped working, and two weeks after that the whole circuit board failed. I bought the bike during covid-19 and it has now been sitting as a paperweight, longer than I've owned the bike. Although I found the customer service people to be very friendly and helpful, it is a tremendous investment to see just sitting. I do not anticipate being able to use the bike for at least another month to two months as I'm waiting for parts and the service people will not come out until after I have the parts. It is a true nightmare when you think about what the bike costs. I will say when it works, it's wonderful and scenic routes are amazing! Your content is fantastic, keep it up and I'm curious to know if you have looked any budget type exercise equipment for the home? I've used the versaclimber in the past, it was great but those cost between $2,500 and $5,000. Do you have any experience with vertical climbers or other budget type equipment?

Hope you get it fixed soon! I feel your pain. I have not looked into anything else yet. I have 5 bikes still in boxes waiting to be reviewed and another on the way. Thanks Travis for the great comparison.. I know that you have touched on this but it seems that a lot of folks, including myself, really prioritize the "quality" scenic rides that the Nordictrack offers but the Pelaton does not. Asides from this "not so" minor detail the Pelaton would be a no brainer for me based on your review... If I went with the Pelaton what are the odds that they will at some point appreciate the demand for quality scenic rides and start upgrading this part of their app? Or maybe offer access to another app that offers these rides? .Doesn't need to be tomorrow but it would make my decision a lot easier if I was confident that things would trend this direction...
@Learnwithtravis4 жыл бұрын
Glad to help Matt. I keep hoping this will happen and not just Peloton but multiple bike companies will start including quality guided scenic rides. While I know these companies are always watching trends and building for their audience, I have not seen anything that would indicate they are planning to do this. (I have no connections to Peloton, so I could be very wrong) But I have had my Peloton for a while now and have not heard of improvements to this segment. So, I would not count of it for your decision but you also never know!

I was just thinking this so I asked google. I saw that in May 2021 Peloton updated the scenic rides. Have you tried peloton’s new guided scenic routes? You do a very good job with these spin bike reviews, Travis (and that's coming from someone who is not easy to please)! A head-to-head comparison of three complex machines, across half a dozen feature categories, and all in 17 minutes is pretty damn impressive. (I've watched other reviews that went on longer than that for a single bike, and didn't cover as much ground.) That said, and contrary to your comment at 11:22, do seem to be a Peleton guy. (Not that that's a bad thing, but you say as much in the title of your June review of the Nordictrack S22i.) 😃 This is not a big deal for me, because I recognize we all have implicit biases that unconsciously shape our opinions and attitudes. The Peleton is well beyond my financial reach, and so I will likely purchase the Schwinn IC4, once I can pull the money together, because that seems to have the best combination of features I want, build quality and price. I just wanted you to know I very much appreciate all the hard work you put into your reviews. Thank you, and stay safe!

At heart I am a Peloton guy or at least I think they are best, but that doesn't mean they are the only option or the best option for everyone. So I guess what I meant was that I was trying to be as unbiased as possible and just share information. But you got me there! 😀 Glad to hear you have narrowed down the right bike for you! The IC4 is a good one! Thanks again and you stay safe as well!

I’ve seen people use the Schwinn IC4 along with the digital membership of Peloton. You probably already know about that, but just in case. I’m pretty impressed with the Peloton app and the monthly fee is a fraction of the bike membership fee. Also, I just noticed that Best Buy is offering $200 off the Schwinn IC4 right now. Who knew Best Buy has spin bikes?? ;)

Great review Travis, we went through 1 cheap and 1 mid range bikes before returning them back due to build quality issues. Thanks to you we have shortlisted our next bike to a Peloton + (the cost is the issue), the S22i (the build quality in question) and the Matrix CXP. Can you do a review on the CXP please, I know it doesnt have a tablet screen but you can hook up a tablet mount and download an app from playstore just as easy because I think the build quality may outshine the others, Your review will help us decide, many thanks

Thank you so much Javad! I don't have that one but will add it to my list of bikes to look into! You might want to check out this video as it might put some other options on the table! kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3aUnJZrYtSmlbc

I was leaning toward S22 but now you have me questioning it. Great video!

Thanks Steve! Luckily, their are a lot of options out there today. A lot of people have loved their iFit bike purchase, but unfortunately I see the most frustration from people with bad experiences from those bikes as well.

Peloton pedals are nice. Depends on your workout. Especially the HIIT classes off the bike.

Hi, Got excited about the Peloton thanks to your review and comparison in this video. In order to find out about getting a Peloton delivered to my home in Sweden I've looked pretty extensively on the net, and at present don't seem to find a single entity that will sell and support this bike in Sweden. Any feedback on that problem?

Sorry, I don't have any insight into shipping to different locations. Hopefully they build this out and make it easy to get in more locations. Good luck!!!

Have a NordicTrack rower and the first two they sent arrived broken

Does that mean they were actually decent with getting you a working model? Hear horror stories about that…

@@Learnwithtravis - they were OK. But they clearly have quality issues. I bought the S22i because I love the iFIT platform for multiple devices. It’s a bit of a gamble tho.

I've owned a few NordicTrac products..they are all slick looking, and are 'ok' but there are always annoyances where I sold the product and went to another vendor..just saying.
