Lived there from 1959 to 1979, went to Therfield, cycled everywhere, knew it like the back of my hand, now - hmmm, all the green fields have gone - lots of new estates and a motorway. Nice to see Fetcham Rd football ground, got drunk in the Running Horse a few times, wonder if the tide flood mark from 1976 is still on its wall. Anyway, memories - old man in Scotland now! Thanks for the film and the memories - I could bore you to tears with stories!

This is great to see! My mum grew up in Leatherhead but left in the '50s. I've never been. You passed right over her house at Copthorne and Bypass Road (A245), and my grandfather's shop on Fairs Rd. She would've loved to see this. Thanks for sharing it!

Moved away to Shrewsbury, best move ever as Leatherhead never recovered from being quarterised by the M25.
