Speaking of Versace Dylan Blue, I just got a 100ml bottle after my 50ml ran out and I find it more citric and musk forward in the opening, with the dry down being the same as the 50ml bottle I had. Interesting.

I still can’t get into Sauvage Elixir. Prefer Gisada Ambassador Intense, and I still barely wear it. I do 100% agree with Dior Homme 2020. I just started in a new bottle bc I wear that thing so much. The sillage on it is just amazing!! I also really like the sillage on JPG Ultra Male and the Le Male Elixir. Those two are heavenly!

Great list! But I think you might be mistaken that Issey Miyake's Noir Argent is readily/easily available. As far as I know, almost all stock in the US/Canada sold out maybe over a year ago. Only a few available on ebay for $200-300. If anyone knows an online retailer that has it in stock for normal prices, please share as I'd love to buy one!

Really great picks Peter! I personaly wear my fougères, citrus and aquatics in the winter also, like; Platinum Égoïste, Allure Homme Sport Cologne and Profumo. I do would like to add one more Dior, which in my personal opinion easily outstages the line Dior re-used the name from: EAU Sauvage and for this list the Parfum. A warm citrus aromatic which does leave a nice scent trail in summer and in the cold.

Eau Sauvage is a great fragrance. Most of the fragrances currently are to sweet. Love the classics. Have you tried Houbigant Fougere Royal?

@@ScentTrail Indeed; sweet, gourmand but for me also too powdery aren't my cup of tea either. Luckaly the classics will always be there. Houbigant Fougère Royale is on my top shelf and man... she is a beauty! But for this comment I only wanted to react with another Dior, because you used relative many from this house in your video. Ormonde Man Ormonde Jayne is also a perfume really suitable for the fall, winter and spring.

Dior sauvage elixir is a king for not very exp perfume ( that crosses 15k mark). It has Aura like projection and great sillage. House of dior > tom ford. Tom ford is too volatile in tropical countries. Versace Eros parfum also has good sillage. ( low price range ). House of Dior is indeed masterpiece. Dior homme parfum with the iris is the icing for clubbing and night time wear. Sauvage elixir thrones the day I have tried it in field work day environment. Works with great longevity in tropical places too with humidity. Nishane hacivat is a great 1

I respect you and your authority. I just wandering why i see same, same and all the same fragrances on different channels. I appreciate you at least find Issey Miake interesting as for lots of fragrance opinion makers this brand is transparent, invisible. My own 2 top fragrances do not come from fragrance channels advisory but ware bought by accident or thanks to my intuition - Oud de Robert Piquet and Black Incense Malaki by Chopard. Why they both are so missed by pros? I don't believe they are not worthy to talk about.

First I want to thank you for a great comment and watching. I see your point. Most reviews are going to be on the main stream side. Purely because everyone is trying to grow their channel. (The more people know a fragrance the more views one can expected ,usually, of course this is simplicity at its best, lol) Unfortunately, this is the way it is . Thats not to say your fragrances mentioned aren't good Quality. Robert Piguet Oud is a nice one created by a stellar Perfumer Aurelien Guichard. One spray will usually do of this powerful Oud fragrance. 😉 As a Creator I try to spinkle in some lesser known ones for a bit of variety .Some reviewers have a vast collection and purchase fragrances because they love all that is involved in and around the hobby of fragrances. I do think I fit into this category 😊 Thanks again, for being part of ScentTrail. And I do hope this answers your question a little. 🤙

​@@ScentTrail As per Oud by Piquet - I can't understand why such a captivating, noble, outstanding, yet easy-to-wear fragrance did not succeed. It seams to be discontinued. It's no longer available even on the official manufacturer's website. It must be the fault of the hideous Papyrus font that the label designer used. :) By the way, I highly recommend the Black Incense Malaki that I mentioned. It's much more challenging, filled with the scent of leather, damn noble, but also like the British delicacy Marmite commercial claim says - "either you love it or you hate it". Thank you for your work and for creating a channel different from other fragrance creators. Sending warm greetings from cold and snowy Poland. Best!

Tom Ford Noir Extreme is nice. The Extreme Parfum is also nice with a touch of leather. Is seems a little darker then the OG. The Fahrenheit le Parfum and the Haltane PdM are also superb. Can't go wrong with any of them. Guess you'll have to ask the Missus. 😉

I guess it depends what you compare it to.The parfum in the gold bottle has a shot of Rum without the fruit and other florals.All the Orchids lean somewhat in the feminine direction. I don't mind. They are all beautiful. Thanks for watching 👊
