The judge should have given him time (90 days 180 days - 3 to six months) in which to pay. Not fair that she has to go to him again to tell him how much time she is giving him to pay when the judge could have solidified the terms to him.

At the end of the day I still dont understand why the plantiff never won when he came out his mouth and admitted he owed the defendant and didnt get enough time to repay. Any other time JM would be like "so sir, that still dont take away from the fact that you still owe her and ADMITTED IT!!!! He would've gave any other person a significant amount of time and still ruled in the plantiffs favor. He would've called going to a plantiffs place of location or calling the house of a parent ect... "collections" and laughed. Ppl gone to ppls job and went to the parents house and still won and made a joke of it and called it "collections" as well. He finessed this case for the defendant. I feel bad for her smh!

1. Defendant is embarrassed he slept with her and to be seen w/ her. 2. 👨🏾⚖️ is bi-polar. I’ve seen him in cases with what he calls “anticipatory cancellation an agreement” grant a claim. 3. 👨🏾⚖️ feelings are too much involved in Most of these cases. 4. Clearly the defendant doesn’t want anything to do with her and most likely is not gonna pay the loan so 👨🏾⚖️ could have at least gave the plaintiff a further date for the defendant it to pay her. To dismiss her claim entirely especially when he said he’s not gonna have anything else to do with her is completely wrong. I hope most of these cases are really just for entertainment because I’ve seen Judge break the law several times and no I’m not a law student or an attorney but in 👨🏾⚖️ own words: common sense.
