I don’t understand why commenters get mad at JM when the litigants fail to prove their cases. The plaintiff failed to bring solid proof ( the car rental agreement) so she lost. It’s not the judges job to figure out litigants arguments for them
@sweetsweet812 жыл бұрын
Because they're in their emotions. We all know the defendant was lying, but the plaintiff failed to bring the proper evidence. I felt sorry for her, but in the end, she got caught in a lie. Several.

But…sometimes JM show favoritism and award people based off his feelings. I’ve seen this so many times ppl don’t have evidence n he will say he has to figure out who’s the liar since it’s no evidence

Why do people get their selves in these positions for friends/family. They all end the same way. If they can't get it on their own it's a reason. It's NOT your problem. And she happy she got over on a friend. That Karma is coming.

Judge Mathis sometimes does NOT take the time out to hear his cases, before he goes LEFT. I knew EXACTLY what the plantiff was trying to express, I followed her the entire time. She got more than (1) rental for the defendant and she only paid $800 towards the first one, not the rental the case is for TODAY!

I feel so bad for the plaintiff Avis usually charge for extra fees on rentals after they give you a total, so the 1478 was the actual total. Judge Mathis should be ashamed he was the only one who didn’t take time to understand.
