These horses are incredible, the soldier knows his mount very well, with a knee and a light pull on the reigns tells his mount what to do. She truly is a menace and should be removed from the area. It is too bad that the children and others were not able to get thay memorable photo because of this Karen

I am the most placid and helpful person one can meet, but this woman has flipped a switch in me that I just want to go there to deal with her. I have got to the point where I would even risk getting arrested to end the torture she is dealing out. I am a horse owner and it is a no go what she is doing. I am proud to be British and proud of our Royal Guards and she shows no respect, I doubt if she is a true Brit otherwise she would know this is not a petting zoo 😡 sorry, rant over. I agree.... she makes my blood boil.... Mainly because i had a situation with a woman like her, who inadvertently placed my life in danger... except the woman i was dealing with was screaming , punching pinching, kicking.(at everyone) .. and stomped on my travel bag, so it dropped onto railway tracks and snapped the bag handle... it took 3 men to haul it up... Just as i was about to step onto the train, she grabbed by arm and pinched really hard..this after doing the same to and hurting 2 elderly persons... Im afraid by then i lost my cool.... This womans behaviour, while appearing passive, is just as infuriating as the woman who was horrendously aggressive... They wont be told, theyre selfish, obnoxious and prevent others around them from having a positive experience... They know exactly what theyre doing... While the one i dealt with was overtly aggressive, this woman is passively aggressive...both are just as bad as each other...

They don't care if you just pet the horse, but you're not supposed to touch the reins or any part of the horse's hardware. You can't buddy up to the guard or touch the guard either . This lady was harassing the horse and got in trouble for it.

They have in earlier videos, one video showed a police officer speaking to her3-4 times during the day. It’s a shame she can’t be given a ban or told to remain 100 M away from the King’s guards. Then arrested and fined. The head shaking and unsettled behaviour is opposite to the quiet standing they are trained to do. It’s not far on the horse or soldier.

They let the horses do the talking up to a certain point. Then they make it pretty darned clear that certain behaviors are not tolerated. In my opinion they let the tourists get away with too much. The head bobbing of this horse concerns me. I'm not horribly familiar with horses, but any animal - including man --that displays repetitive body movement, like this horse, is probably suffering in regards to their mental health. Tradition is important, but these animals shouldn't be submitted to this day after day. If they're going to use them as cerimonial guards there should be a strict policy of no touching and not coming withing several metres of the animals. A little compasion is needed here.

It’s both. Westminster Abbey has been a church since 1250 and contains the graves of many well-known British people, so it’s not only a church but a tourist attraction. Horse Guards and its ceremonies has been around for over 300 years. Visitors love to come view the pageantry, so it’s also a tourist attraction. Nothing wrong or demeaning about that.

The Kings Guard have my admiration!! The quiet patience they exhibit is astounding, especially considering what they are subjected to from the tourists. I am an American who is amazed by their tolerance, especially by the behavior of a particular person!! She could be perceived as a menace!!

Bravo! Finally, the guards aren't allowing that woman to constantly harass the horses. I'm extremely patient, but that woman has frustrated me beyond words. Earlier she was sneezing into hands & then trying to touch the horse's mouth. Not to mention shaking & giving high fives to people. That was seriously my last straw!! Thankfully, the guards aren't taking it anymore either!

If you go to horse guards and wish to take a photo - DO NOT GRAB THE HORSES REIGNS OR BE OVER FAMILIAR. These are 100% serving real service personnel on ceremonial duty and are not a side attraction for Disneyland

Love the fact the guard did not allow her to pet the horse. Also she was way too dumb to realize that the guard let other people pet the horse, but no her. She also never realized that the horse always put his ears back when she was close. Seems as if the horse knew to watch her also. What a pain she is. One of the guards actually yelled at her and she confronted the police after that. And one said calmly that she isn't allowed to touch the horse, but she always came back every few seconds with child's in her arms so that she could touch the horse

Last video I saw of her she was grabbing the arm of a child to get him to touch the horse and you could see how he tried to get away from her. That alone should have been enough to get her banned from interferring with the horses and public but she thinks she has no limits.

You have just got to admire the sustained control of the guardsman. His incredible skill in controlling his horse who is being constantly harassed by this infuriating woman. Honestly, I am so surprised that the people in the crowd are not intervening because I think I would have to. She needs sorting out - perhaps a restraining order of some sort. It isn't fair that these heroes who do so much for us have to put up with this from her and a few others - they must dread coming out in case she is there now.

I think the problem with the rest of the crowd is that they don't realise this woman is an on-going nuisance and won't leave the horse alone as she seems to think as the title indicates,- her horse. The Kings ( Royal) Guard have been on Duty since 1660 .( 364 YEARS ) .. Its a Tradition and something the British are very proud of !!! These Guards have to go threw allot to become a Kings ( Royal) Guard so they deserve our love and respect !!
