I've had a pretty crappy year myself. Was struggling on some runs and had an abnormal EKG that was suspected to be hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Couldn't get in for an echo for like 8 weeks, so I was in limbo fearing I may never run (or exercise) again. It may sound like an exaggeration to non-runners, but that seemed like a fate worse than death to me. I was scared that I couldn't handle living with the consequences. Long story short, I got a diagnosis of "athlete's heart" and I'm fine and even ran Boston on 7 weeks' training, going from zero miles! Having said that, your year seems to make mind sound like a vacation by comparison! So glad to see you are taking it "in stride". Best wishes on your new place! (I recently moved to Washington state and still can't believe the wonderful places I have in my backyard now.)

The truth is it was a blessing that your condo burned down, smart move! There isn't much that can go wrong in salida Accept the 285. Please be careful on that highway the drivers are horrible and dangerous. My daughters mothers memorial site is in nathrop northbound on the left hand side. With a cross and I had a sign put up. I go every year to paint and tidy up the memorial. Next year I'm going to clean up the entire section of highway of debris. Please pay your respects to the most wonderful mother and human being I've ever met. The world is a lesser place without her and people just don't know it. Pay your respects by either driving safe or visiting. But definitely keep your and sages safety in mind. BTW beautiful home! 😍
