Beautiful hill top house. I can see the potential there even from the beginning. Just need some TLC. Furnitures can be re-use just need some bleach cleaning.

Suggestion, make full videos in parts make playlist for those parts so they can be watched in order just a suggestion. They’re very interesting what people want to see it from the beginning and then how it looks in the end.

I'm a little confused. I've seen quite a few of these and don't understand how someone who was bankrupt, unemployed, or just out of prison can do all this. You can just find an abandoned house and claim it. No disrespect, just curious. I love watching these videos. Just a question that kinda bothered me.

È sicuramente apprezzabile il lavoro di riqualificazione e risanificazione di questa struttura....forse i precedenti proprietari erano deceduti, altrimenti non si spiega tanto abbandono ed incuria. Ciò che qualcuno ha costruito e pagato con sacrifici va valorizzato. Nelle case di ogni famiglia c'è il proprio passato,la storia,la vita.....Forse è una questione di cultura ed atteggiamento mentale 🤷

If that house was 20 years old and the lawn immaculate, then I’m a monkeys uncle!! That house and garden haven’t been touched in years, why are there tree trunks in the garden if it was lawns, this sounds like an abandoned house project that you have filmed. My home is almost 30 years old but it’s been lived in and cared for, that house I don’t believe is yours, sorry, but if it is why have you neglected it so badly?
