i liked your clothes and hat. it looked like you were in a 90's hip hop music video. the only thing more weird than that shoe was how it had a tv by it to advertise it. i never saw that before. as for the shoe itself i like it. at least the idea of it. kid me would want a pair. it reminds me of the soap shoes sonic wore in sonic adventure 2 to rail grind and i wanted a pair of those too. and if they turn out to not be good shoes to wear, it looks like you just showed off how they could make good fidget toys.

Thanks! It was the look I was going for. Like I was gonna start breaking or something haha oh in Japan they have mini t’vs in convenience stores and supermarkets too. I didn’t notice, guess I’m used to it now 🤣 they were fun to play with for a few seconds. Never seen them before! Apparently they are years old from the west somewhere 🤦🏽‍♀️

It’s a shoe changing area. Typically in Japanese traditional spots like temples, Japanese homes, schools and old restaurants people change to indoor shoes or just take their shoes off to enter.

The flyease nike and there is another brand that are really popular in Europe under the elderly😅 Walking up hills will be good for your legs though. I had been running after a my kid in London uphill for schooldrop offs when he was still going. It was good exercise

Aww bless you. These days quite a lot. They’re are becoming quite frequent I feel. Thankfully we haven’t had many huge, damaging ones but I would say once a month there’s a small shake or 2. I know it can be quite scary, sadly we can’t control Mother Nature😔. So something you just have to come prepared for. The Nike trainer isn’t Japanese. 😅 they were produced YEARS ago in the US (I believe) for people with disabilities so they could have shoes easier to get on and off. I used to work for a major Nike retailer and they were SCALPED my resellers instead of their target audience and it was horrible.😢

Yes many are telling me haha. I never knew! Ah that’s really sad to hear because that was a wry noble concept 😭 . I haven’t lived in the west for years so I would never know 🤦🏽‍♀️I guess it does fit Japanese society well because of the genkans. So it’s very smart to rebrand this way. However they are totally ugly🤣 I’ll probably tell everyone in the next vlog that this wasn’t from Japan 😆 thanks for sharing
