I use to go to Dubai every summer to visit my grandparents. Then they turned 65 and the gov kicked them out of the country by not renewing their visa. The summers were some of the best summers of my life though - City Center mall, ski Dubai, and eating shawarma. I miss those days all the time.

One thing that people need to be aware of. If you wanna go out and smell fresh air *ThE mALL* you cannot go to a park or go skate boarding or ride a bike it's so hot and cold well it's a desert so when ever you are bored 'take note that it's hard making friends there' you have to spend big amount of money just for one day out. It's hardly ever to find a free place like picnics or fresh air

You can buy a day pass to the beach and pool at hotels. But I bought a Privilee card, it gives me access to many 5* hotels, pools and I got F&B discounts as well. Also it saved me a lot of money.

Life in Dubai only for Europeans,Russians and Arabs, Asians poor and terrible life ,poor salary ,which they earn spend all there, because expensive accommodation, accommodation means bad bedspace where 10to 15 people in one dirty room.. transportation also expensive, mostly doing labor jobs,all good jobs for locals and white color skin people,same job,same level ,same category but salaries difference like Earth and sky..😕.Dubai is only good for tourist ..

is not bad if you're able to negotiate a good standard; if you're not able to, whatever is your nationality and ethnicity, check other options like Europe, North America, Singapore, Australia, Canada. If you're educated and experienced in a specialized job that is strong now (Finance, IT, Real Estate, ...) you'll find plenty of opportunities, but of course as a labor life is bad almost everywhere in the world
