Hey Peter, extremely happy to know that you got to meet someone like Peter McKinnon who you really looked up to. I humbly and sincerely hope that you do practice what you preach by saying that you would like to help others and be there for the smaller content creators as I have personally send you a couple of emails to ask about a collaboration together with other creators who did say yes and agreed (Armando, Atola Visuals, Jon Rettinger) but there wasn’t a reply from you at all, even Arun from Mrwhosetheboss replied at least to say that he wouldn’t able to do it, so yea, hope this experience with Pete changes with the way you think about smaller content creators on KZbin like me and others too, take care and God bless 🙂

I was happy clicking on the video thinking Pete Lindgren was really switching to Canon. I love my M50 Mark II, bought it after having a look at my friends 700D DSLR. The M50 is a bit smaller and also mirror-less, kind of the APS-C variant of Pete Mc Kinnon's R5 (the R5 is top range hardware, M50 is mid-range). The fact the camera body of the M50 fits entirely in the palm of my hand is cool and was a good transition back into photography after having used a Pentax film camera when I was younger.

I actually like the lens distortion on your 16-35. It's unique! Almost like old anamorphic lenses. You have a lens that creates a look that no one else has and that's awesome. I actually laughed out loud during the 'after' part of your Cannon montage. I really appreciate your perspectives on being a creative professional and on life in general. There's tons of "how to grade SLOG-3" videos out there but the best creative channels (IMHO) are those that offer insights, inspiration, and intellectualism/philosophy as they relate to our profession. Oh yeah, lake Cuomo looked dope too hahahah. When you come to the US I have to introduce you to the majesty of Bourbon.

That's a dream camera for me, but whether you did it on purpose or accident, your section of "the shots I got" all out of focus just goes to show that if someone isn't familiar with/comfortable with a camera, no matter how expensive/high end it is, it can still look not great. All modern kits are capable. We're extremely fortunate to live in this time. I'm already bought into the Sony system so plan on continuing with it but canon, Nikon, Fuji, literally anything will get the job done and it's pretty awesome
