Greetings Hadia! What a fabulous recipe. A very simple request- fried cauliflower!!! I always crave it but it never turns out as yummy as when I had it in Lebanon by the sea. What is the secret to crispy (rather than mooshy) cauliflower and what is the dip with it?! Would love a video for perfect fried cauliflower every time.

Hi dear, frying cauliflower florets is a very straight forward recipe, the only 2 thingx to consider is to season with salt before frying, and don't crowd the fying pan. I hope that helps

Omg I remember my tete n my mom n khalati all of them would make tons of these kibbeh! Sahten me n my five siblings were taught to make these exactly the same yummy 😋 Im Palestinian 🇵🇸 and Jordanian 🇯🇴 Our recipes are delicious ❤❤❤❤ Love Faruz music is wonderful
