This channel is such a breath of fresh air in the fitness community. I love how you're self-aware, reflective, respectful, and really trying to meet people where they're at. Those are all hallmarks of a great coach!

This is one of the better fitness videos i’ve seen on youtube. Perfectionism and tribalism make so many people feel too intimidated to embrace a lifestyle that can literally save their lives. The person that’s flopping a kb around and doing quarter squats a few times a week >>>> the people sitting on the couch laughing at videos about them. Keep up the good fight. Your channel is one of three i point newbs to (kat and mark wildman also).

"Perfectionism and tribalism make so many people feel too intimidated to embrace a lifestyle that can literally save their lives". I'll have to borrow this quote from you Filepe! Thank you for sharing! - Gregory

I’d agree here. Gregory seems friendly and approachable and I can imagine very supportive. I’ve found Mark Wildman great for techique, Joe Daniels a lovely down to earth “monster “ so strong but way out of my league. Troy Van Spange’S workouts are superb. Find what works for you and then asks questions, Gregory, Joe and Troy always find time to answer/reply. Really pleased to see your follower count go up.

Man it's so refreshing to hear this. I know there are some cues that are important when performing KB's/lifts, I think the injuries I've had in the past were often the result of trying to perform so-called textbook lifts (especially with barbell work).

a tip not to many talk about is if you have inlays in your shoes due to Flat feet (also called pes planus or fallen arches) then use shoes and inlays while training, when i started double 24kg and no shoes my knees feelt very bad but after using shoes and inlays it went away. Thank you for a good and informative channel.

Whewf. Yes. Movement is key. Balance top to bottom, back to front. In the end, all you need is your body. But kb’s, bars, db’s, jumpropes, rowers, rucks, and on and on all add new dimensions. And people have their whole life to explore MOVEMENT. Helping people to just MOVE is an achievement.

Awesome video! I agree on all fronts. I especially appreciate the point of perfect form vs consistent exercise. While it’s ideal to perform any exercise as prescribed, I still believe the main point is to exercise period.

Great Video, i was always in search for the absolute technique but at the end of the day to train or not to train makes the difference. It´s like talking a whole day about work, but at the end the work isn´t done. The same with the weight, everything that goes above the 24 kg feels unconfortable to me and brings down my motivation if i have to handle an unconfortable exercise. It´s good to hear from you, that at the end the weight is not everything.
