Sure, a casual player wouldn't mind a visual rework every 2 weeks, but if if you're taking in account the high elo players and pro players, they need time to adjust to new looks + buffs/nerfs that come with them. They're slowly changing VFX of a lot of champs, so that's a nice thing.

Boram Darkwill was a bad leader so she got rid of him, Mordekaiser was bad and got rid of him, Swain is also not good enough. And shes also trying to work in other regions as well. But the story only tells us details about nexus, even though noxus isn't her only focus

Like what does Vlad know about Leblanc or how he and Elise would clash du to their totaly opposed ideology, how Leblanc is managing to manipule someone like Elise, how maybe they fight for power within the organisation, what's Sion purpose,...

It's all in Elise's lore, she was once a very beautiful noble woman. She got married with another powerful man but she was manipulating him and Elisa was actually the one that ruled. When her husvsnd realized, she poisoned her and her flesh started to burn and desfigure her. Suddenly the Pale Lady told her that in the shadow isle there is a powerful artifact that will give back her beauty and influence si lost. She went to retrieve it but got bitten by a spider and also got stabbed with the knife. She bevame beautiful again but she gainef spider powers. But LeBlanc told her these powers won't last long. She has to eat people. So Elise and LeBlanc made a deal. LeBlanc brings her food amd Elise brings her magical artifacts from the shadow isle. LeBlanc can manipulate anyone, she is thousands years old. She knows all the magic other champions in lol have, all the history, all the secrets. She has unlimited power. That's why even Elise, a very smart woman got manipulated by her at the beginning but it was in Elise's favor in the end.

My guess is that Leblanc is not aware that Mordekaiser knows things and has plans that pale in comparison to hers. The other thing is that I think that Leblanc just sees that Well of Death as a font of power and not an entry way for Mordekaiser otherwise she would have destroyed the well and his armor, and Mordekaiser is not so easily fooled as you said he actually allowed her to carry out her betrayal to him and will just reveal that if he wanted to then he would have gotten rid of her centuries ago should he return and that is something she did not predict.
