7:22 ..We cannot choose 3 randomly...we need to pick up that "3" whose corresponding smallest value have higest difference... For Ex : the column : 3 corresponding smallest value is 7 and it acquires 1 Meanwhile...the row: 3 corresponding smallest value is 5 and it acquires 4...... Since the Row's acquires higest difference....Then only we can choose it..

One correction… Non-allocated cells ka rule hai (Ui+Vj)-Cij , and the rule states the value should be lesser or equal to 0 Not greater or equal to zero.

It's the same thing. She took Cij as positive and then her solution would be optimal if delta ij values are positive. You took cij as negative. So for your solution to be optimal you would need all delta ij values to be negative

3:24 it's not possible to palenty 0 . " Palenty is the difference of the lowest and second lowest number of any row of columns" You can't say 6-6=0 palenty. It'll be 6-7=1 ( because palenty can't exist in negative value as well ) . Thank you ❤️
