Sir Ic=Is e ^(Vbe/Vt), कहां से आया इस से पहले हम जो पढ़े हैं diode current equation vo alag है उसमे eta bhi आता है जिसकी value silicon के लिए 2 है!!! कृपया करके जल्दी क्लियर कर दें और अगर किसी वीडियो में आपने बताया है तो उसका लिंक भेज दीजिए!!

@@R_K_Classes ok thank u sir, it means it is diode equation removing the minority carrier current(- 1 )from equation,ideally it take,eta 1,else if given in question as silicon bjt then taken as 2 right sir?? Also one query sir why dont we take Ie,why Ic though little differnce in both in active region but this eqn must satisfied with Ie for better understanding of input side !! Thanks in advance for these beautiful design lecture series.
