An easy Snickers cake recipe that will blow your mind! Simple and very tasty! 😋
Snickers cake is a moist, flat and fried cake based on the world popular Snickers chocolate.
Ingredients:
Biscuit:
2 eggs.
65 grams of sugar.
Beat until the volume increases by 3-4 times.
vegetable oil 15g.
Flour 45g.
Cocoa powder 15g.
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon.
Baking pan 26*16 cm.

Caramel:
Sugar 170g. Melt over low heat, shaking occasionally. Do not start stirring with a spatula until the sugar has completely melted.
Butter 80g (well chilled). Mix until smooth.
Cream 120g (33-36%). Add carefully as the mass will boil vigorously.
Salt 1/3 teaspoon.
Roasted Peanuts 120g.
Leave to cool to room temperature.
Line a 25*12cm cake tin with cling film.
Pour caramel with peanuts.
Milk Chocolate Mousse:
water 60g
gelatin 11 g
Leave on for 7-10 minutes
Cream 33-36% 300g.
Beat to soft peaks.
Milk chocolate 115 g. To warm.
Melt the gelatine in the microwave for a few seconds.
Mix with chocolate, stir until smooth.
Cream Cheese 300g
powdered sugar 40g
Mix until smooth
Add to the cheese mixture, stir.
WARNING! If the gelatin starts to set immediately, heat the cheese mass in the microwave for a few seconds and stir again until smooth.
Add whipped cream, stir quickly until smooth.
Pour the mousse over the caramel.
Then chocolate sponge cake.
Cover tightly with cling film.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour and then place in the freezer for another 1-1.5 hours - the caramel should thicken nicely!
Prepare the glaze:
Milk Chocolate 150g
Vegetable oil 30 g (use refined without odor).
melt it
Roasted crushed peanuts 50g
Mix well.
Glaze the cake.
