Well! I knew, from experience, after decades, that bananas were the worst culprit for migraines, but had no idea why that was. Thank you for this information.

I have great confidence in Dr. Gundry and the advice he gives. Being in his 70’s, he’s extremely sharp and well spoken and seems to be in great shape, which gives credit to him and what he talks about, in my mind.

I would imagine that many U.S. farmers, if not most of them, use Round Up to control weeds in the crops they grow. Do they exhibit a higher rate of Parkinson's (like golfers) and perhaps other neurological diseases? Great information and thanks for sharing!

Dr Gundry, I live in a farming community and my house is completely surrounded by corn and soybean fields! They spray Glyphosate (Roundup) Herbicide, several times a season. I try to stay inside when they’re spraying and I keep my kitties inside. HOW and WHAT exactly can I do, proactively, to minimize my exposure and damage to my body from the air contamination exposure to Sprayed Glyphosate? ( By the way, I asked the farmers to please TELL me when they plan to spray and also ask them to please consider doing so only when the wind is non-existent or very low, to prevent “drift” of the herbicide. I appreciate your answers and plan to show your research and publications to these farmers! Thank you, VERY MUCH!

I am interested in how brain cleansing, lectins, and brain plaque affect epilepsy. Are there any studies on these factors exacerbating seizure severity? How does menopause affect seizures in women and what do we test to find out our succeptibility?

If you would be so kind, in a Q&A video if you could answer this question: I am a huge fan of your research and I think you back up everything you say very well, but switching to plant paradox hasn't worked at all for me. I don't know what to ask exactly, but can you think of any reasons why plant paradox would hurt people? Some of my bad foods are carrots, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes. It doesn't really fit a pattern.

Regarding blue light: Have you also noticed the "epidemic" of blue LED's in virtually all displays in all electronics and public places? It is like a fashion of sorts, "me-too blue", and some of these are a major nuisance in bedrooms. I protested against this for years giving a negative review to every single device with blue lights, in lieu to conventional intuitive color coding red-orange-green. I have my workstation in my bedroom, and these blue lights on the router, disk drive enclosures etc. disrupted my sleep. I placed dark gray tape on all my electronics to subdue their intensity and to fall asleep easier.

ThomasH I’ve seen on another podcast...possibly one of Wendy Myers...that there are shields to put your router in, especially at night while you sleep. I have an idea that the EMFs might have a worse effect than the light even! We just had ours moved as far away from the bedrooms as possible. Hopefully you can find the info I’m talking about. Good health to you!

Dr. Gundy, you talk about lectins effecting our brain... What about with alzheimer's... Alzheimer's beginning age was only 114 years- with 20 people who had the disease- who by the way were not in there senior years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A bacteria? A Virus? A lectin? You mentioned you had clients who had symptoms and you were able to reversed.... Can you do a book on just that for those people that need it? Or maybe a youtube video....
