I’m guessing that’s a One with a 100mm standard width hub? If anyone’s wondering about upgrading an XP3.0 the hub width is a non-standard 110mm and the only shock on the planet you can get at that width seems to be the replacement shock for a Ride One Up Portola. It’s a steal at $60. I did it and it’s a huge improvement. You need to get a cheap 44mm headset set to steal a 1 1/8 crown race and the top cap and M6 bolt from. The new shock comes with a star nut you just have to beat down further before you cut it. Takes less than an hour if you have all the stuff and basic skills.
