Wondering at 43:40 why for example 5-6 is not an allowed transition? It's a flip of spin 2 with spin 1 and 3 being passive spins?

It is allowed but will be centred around the frequency of spin 2 since it is the 2nd spin that changes its state. You will have three doublets of doublets on your final spectra, one for each spin.

One question, when you calculated the delta E and divided by Planck's constant to get the Larmor frequency, where did that minus sign come from? There was no minus sign in delta E..
