Look at those 2 trainee ministers cheating on the front row, right in front of the lecturer (at 1: 14: 01), pretending to hand each other their papers! I guess they marked their own paper instead of swapping in case they got anything wrong.

I played it back and forth a few times - it looks funny, but I think a few seconds of footage were cut out. Look at the guy in the blue shirt in the second row, he makes quite a jerky motion at that same moment. That might have been cut footage where students were handing each other their papers.
