Just an appointment to benefit who's watching: what is being referred to as "Approach T" actually corresponds to "Sub-cooling temeprature difference", between saturation temperature and actual inlet temperature of water into the evaporation section. The "approach point" is therefore the difference between the inlet temperature of the flue gasses and the final vapour temperature. Thought it was worthy specifying it, though it is fairly old.

Sir how to calculate HRSG efficiency with adding Suplimentary firing in HRSG?

I wanna do this too for Master Thesis. I wanna calculate efficiency of combined cycle power plant with hrsg with and without suplemental firing and see how it will affect the overal efficiency of the power plant. I haven't started yet but it will be smth related to this.
